Barbara Linssen

Barbara initially joined SparkOptimus as an intern, while finalizing her Master’s degree in Complex Systems Engineering & Management at Delft University of Technology, specializing in Information & Communication Technology. In cooperation with SparkOptimus, she graduated on the applicability of machine learning and statistical methods to maximize conversion rate on e-commerce platforms, finishing top of her class. Experiencing first-hand how important a solid digital strategy is for company growth and innovation, Barbara is fascinated by the challenge of pursuing the new opportunities of the fast, global, technological developments while at the same time keeping a close eye on the human aspect that is impacted by these changes. She spends her weekends with friends, enjoying fine food and dancing.
