Joining the global B Corp community
In March, we proudly became part of the global B Corp community, a recognition of our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. This milestone reflects our dedication to balancing purpose with profit, driving sustainable business transformations, and investing in people, diversity, and communities through innovative solutions for a better future.
Top spot in Emerce100
We were proud to secure the No. 1 spot in the Emerce100 ranking for the seventh time. This recognition reflects the trust our clients place in us and the meaningful results we achieve together. By prioritizing collaboration, understanding customer needs, and building capabilities, we deliver solutions that create lasting impact.
Setting the standard with Generative AI Benchmarks
We also released two inaugural benchmarks showcasing how industry leaders are leveraging Generative AI to drive transformational results. The Gen AI Customer Service & Sales Desk Benchmark Report revealed that 75% of top performers are integrating Gen AI into customer service to achieve 30% cost savings, a 5% sales increase, and 20%faster resolution times. While the GenAI Consumer Goods Benchmark Report highlighted key use cases like automated guided selling and internal support chatbots, showing how 30% of companies are achieving cost and productivity gains while scaling AI transformations. Both reports offer actionable insights for boosting efficiency, elevating customer experiences, and staying ahead in the AI era.
Introducing the Global Digital Transformation Framework™
We introduced the Global Digital Transformation Framework™, a comprehensive 10-step guide shaped by over a decade of experience and insights from 1,000+ global projects with leading companies like Heineken, ING, and Henkel Adhesives. The framework covers key strategies, from customer-centric vision and aligning digital tools with business goals to fostering agility, data-driven cultures, and balanced initiatives and highlights the role of strong leadership and investing in people in driving sustainable growth.
Launching the Women’s Leadership Circle
This year, we launched our Women’s Leadership Circle, bringing together leading women in financial services. At our second edition in November, we hosted H.M. Queen Máxima, UNSGSA for Financial Health, who shared global and local insights on improving financial well-being. Industry leaders explored urgent topics like early intervention, women’s financial independence, and leveraging data and digital tools for scalable solutions, emphasizing the importance of collaboration across the sector to drive meaningful change.
In addition to all this, we celebrated the well-deserved promotions of 13 talented Sparkies and hosted over 20 roundtables, masterclasses, and webinars. These events created valuable opportunities for insightful discussions and shared learning. We also expanded our global reach with ~10 international projects, further reinforcing our commitment to delivering impactful solutions worldwide.
