Sustainability Leaders Breakfast: How to achieve real impact

What to expect

Marjon Stamsnijder, Global Sustainability Director & former MD Netherlands at Henkel Consumer Brands will give a keynote speech on the topic. She will speak about her transition from a business role (as country MD) towards a sustainability role, about the challenges during & learnings from this transition, and how she applies her commercial background to bring the broader organization along in realizing Henkel’s ambitious Sustainability targets. Following Marjon's story, we’ll have a moderated group discussion based around key statements related to pivoting to a sustainable operating model and the change management required to achieve it. Participants will have the opportunity to share their own experiences, insights, and lessons learned in implementing sustainable practices.
